Well known private hospital group requires an Enrolled Nurse - Theatre to join their team. This position is in Johannesburg South.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Render and promote cost effective, safe quality patient care in accordance with hospital standards and policies.
2. Responsible for direct and/or indirect nursing care of a patient or a group of patients.
3. Assess, plan, execute and supervise the implementation of care to meet patient needs.
4. Practice patient care according to the Scope of Practice and assume total responsibility for these activities.
5. Contribute to the holistic care of patients.
6. Recognize life-threatening situations.
7. Communicate effectively with patients regarding their care.
8. Promote patient’s health and wellbeing.
9. Audit health records to ensure compliance.
