**Job Description**

The Tester Operator will be responsible for testing manufactured printed circuit boards. The role involves connecting the board with multiple cables and initiating a pass/fail test. Boards that pass the test are sorted into one pile, while those that fail require a report to be completed, error codes documented, and then placed into a fail pile. The workstation will be equipped with a computer, cables, and other tools, which the operator will be responsible for maintaining. Success in this role will require adherence to cleanliness, 5S, lean manufacturing, and ESD environment controls.
