What You’ll Do
CoolIT Systems, Inc. is hiring a full‑time Test Specialist (EIT) to lead daily testing and qualification of passive cold plate loops and vertical rack manifolds. You will create and execute detailed test plans to ensure products meet internal and customer standards, analyze hardware and software requirements, and develop effective test strategies. The role includes evaluating the performance and reliability of electromechanical systems through temperature and mechanical stress testing, identifying potential design issues, and troubleshooting defects using root cause analysis.
