Test Manager

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Manager (Quality Lead) to lead end-to-end quality assurance activities across multiple projects within a Retail environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in test management, stakeholder engagement, test automation governance, and delivering high-quality solutions in Agile delivery environments. Key Responsibilities Define, implement, and govern test strategies, test plans, and quality assurance processes across project portfolios. Lead and mentor a team of QA Engineers and Test Analysts, ensuring effective workload management and capability development. Collaborate with business, product, and development teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage. Review and approve test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, and test execution outcomes.
