Job Description

Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Test Development Engineer located in Jiading Shanghai. 
What a typical day looks like:
Define and Manage Test process for New Product Introduction, Transfer Product Introduction and Mass Production. DFT, PFMEA, Gage R&R preparation in project.
Introduce advanced manufacturing technology(Automatic robot,PLC), concept into Test production within JID to achieve manufacturing excellence.
Provide daily Test engineering support to production, project. Provide technical support to EMS in needed.
Provide technical support to RMA analysis.
Drive lean project to improve production efficiency.
Design test jigs, test fixture, tooling, electronic circuits, PCB Layout according to design rule
