**Meet the team**
Product Operations is part of Supply Chain Operations (SCO), driving New Product Introduction (NPI) and Product Lifecycle Management from launch through End of Life (EOL). The team partners with Design Engineering early in development to ensure manufacturability, testability, and smooth transitions into production. We’re collaborative, highly technical, and focused on solving complex problems that connect design and manufacturing at scale.
**Your impact**
+ Collaborate with Product Design & Engineering teams to apply Cisco’s Product Design & Test Methodology.
+ Engage early in design to improve DFM/DFT requirements and provide timely feedback.
+ Develop manufacturing test strategies based on hardware, system, and diagnostics specifications.
+ Act as the technical POC for Contract Manufacturers, providing debug support and resolving product queries.
+ Deliver scalable, efficient test automation code aligned with Cisco guidelines.<...
