Job Description
Our client is looking for a Tendering Manager to lead the tendering function by analyzing project requirements, evaluating risks, and preparing competitive, well‑structured bids that maximize the company’s chances of securing projects.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management- Lead and manage the Tender Department ensuring efficient allocation of resources and workload.
- Mentor, guide, and develop estimators and quantity surveyors to enhance team performance.
- Conduct annual performance evaluations and support hiring decisions in coordination with senior management.
- Review and assess tender invitations with senior leadership and decide on participation.
- Oversee preparation and submission of pre‑qualification documents.
- Provide technical guidance to the team on complex estimation and quantity surveying matters.
