Tender & Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented executive to oversee and manage the entire tendering process while driving business development initiatives. This role requires strong coordination skills, as you will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales, Legal, Finance, Operations, HR, IT, and Customer Service teams, to ensure compliance and timely submission of tenders. Additionally, you will support lead generation, build relationships with external partners, and identify new business opportunities to drive overall company growth.

• Lead the end-to-end tender management process, including document preparation, bid submission, and post-tender follow-ups, and debriefing sessions to identify areas for improvement.
• Review contracts, NDAs, and agreements to mitigate risks, ensure alignment with company objectives, and identify opportunities for value addition.
