Tenant Liaison on Sheltered Housing Construction Site

Search Consultancy is seeking a Tenant Liaison Officer for a project in Bristol starting on July 13th. This role involves working closely with tenants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project delivery for a refurbishment of a sheltered accommodation building.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role on a live construction site or as a Clerk Of Works. An enhanced DBS check is required, and the position offers a daily pay rate, either via CIS or umbrella for those less experienced.
