Your new role

As a Tenancy Sustainment and Floating Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting customers withplex needs, to progress towards independent living while ensuring properties, tenancies, andpliance standards are maintained to the highest level. You
will:

  • plete customer inductions, risk assessments and person ‑ centred support plans, reviewing these regularly to meet individual needs.
  • Support customers to build independence, develop tenancy skills and maintain positive relationships with their networks and services.
