They are seeking a Temporary Store Manager to drive the business forward and maximise their sales. In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to- day operations of your volunteer team!
Overview:
Location: Little Venice
On-site
Temporary Assignment: 3 months
10am-6pm Wednesday- Sunday
£14.24 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
To motivate volunteers, ensuring the effective operations of the shop. This includes driving volunteer recruitment.
Engage with the local community and educate them on the company mission.
Ensuring the team feels valued and respected.
Understanding the shop progress and maximise every aspect of the business.
