Summary You will serve as a TEMPORARY SERVICE SHOP SUPERVISOR I in the Temporary Services Shop (code 990) of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. Responsibilities You will review assigned job orders, workload data, plans, specifications, sketches and instructions; plans weekly/monthly work schedules and worker assignments of the work group. You will plan sequence of work operations for subordinates and any special work methods to be used; and coordinate availability of any special tools, materials, equipment, and assist with trade help required. You will attempt to foresee and eliminate potential bottlenecks (equipment breakdowns, material shortages etc.) by own coordination with other groups, or by recommending action to higher supervisory levels, if necessary.
