Temporary Senior Executive, Programme Shared Services [LKCMedicine]

The Programme Shared Services (PSS) provides specialised research administration support to Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine’s eight research programmes and their directors. It sits within the Research Administration and Support Services Department under the Vice Dean of Research Office.

This position works closely with the Grants Management, Contracts Management and Events Management teams to support the research programmes and directors.

• Prepare, review, negotiate and execute a range of contracts, including research collaboration agreements, industry contracts, non‑disclosure agreements, material transfer agreements and services agreements.
• Provide advice and assistance to research faculty and staff on all agreement issues, including export clauses and declarations.
• Analyse agreements and contracts to identify risks, liabilities or gaps in information and resolve these issues and to seek relevant approvals.
