We are seeking a temporary part-time (0.25FTE) Music teacher. This contract will commence on August 26, 2026 and end on June 25, 2027.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

We are seeking a teacher who has:

• Educational training and experience teaching the Alberta curricula;
• Experience teaching Elementary Music and an ability to incorporate a variety of musical instruments into classroom instruction (e.g., Recorder, Ukulele, Orff Percussion etc.).
• Willingness to work collaboratively as a member of an instructional team; utilizing structures and strategies of Collaborative Response;
• A commitment to building relationships with students to create a safe, caring and welcoming learning environment;
