Temporary Lecturer (Child Education / Special Education)(O/ST-CECS/Temp_L(CE/SE)/07/26)

Major Duties

: (a) To perform teaching duties including supervision of student projects and fieldwork placement; (b) To carry out duties in relation to student and academic administration; (c) To develop programme curriculum and teaching, learning and assessment materials; (d) To assist in validation and accreditation of programmes; and (e) To participate in networking with industry / industrial attachments, departmental projects and functions including but not limited to consultancy services, research studies, seminars and exhibitions. Requirements: (a) A relevant recognised degree or professional qualification, preferably with a post-graduate qualification; (b) At least 3 years’ relevant teaching and / or industry experience; (c) Good communication, teaching and facilitation skills in both English and Chinese; and (d) Good records of connection with the industry or professional bodies will be an advantage.
