Job Description
Join the Kenaston team as a temporary itinerant teacher, starting September 8, 2026, and concluding on June 25, 2027. This position emphasizes effective delivery of the Saskatchewan curriculum for K-12 students, utilizing engaging and adaptive lesson plans.
You will be responsible for providing both synchronous and asynchronous learning. Creating meaningful educational experiences and integrating diverse cultural perspectives are key functions of this role, along with continuous assessment of student progress.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver high-quality online educational content
• Integrate First Nation and Metis perspectives into lessons
• Maintain up-to-date student performance records
• Collaborate with peers for instructional method enhancements
• Troubleshoot technical issues to support students
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Education mandatory
• Proficient with Moodle and Microsoft Teams
• Strong organizational and communication skills
