Responsibilities Deliver essential Veterans Affairs (VA) medical products directly to patients' homes and ensure equipment is comfortable. Provide education on safe operation of home oxygen therapies. Handle all administrative tasks and processes related to patients and monthly follow‑up, looking after the existing customer base and acquiring new customers. Download titration data of patients, set appointments for routines, home sleep studies, CPAP, and confirm timely delivery and connection of equipment to patients' homes. Advise customers on all aspects of our products and conduct training courses, including demos of diagnostic tools/equipment. Ensure routine visits are completed timeously, manage patient list and PDAs according to procedures. Implement the Therapy Initiation Program and Therapy Optimisation Program.
