We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Homecare Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be the vital link between our company and the veterans we serve. You will be responsible for delivering essential Veterans Affairs (VA) medical products directly to patients' homes, ensuring they are comfortable with their equipment, and providing critical education on the safe operation of home oxygen therapies. Handle all administrative tasks and processes in relation to patients and monthly follow up. Specifically, looking after the existing customer base and also taking care of the acquisition of new customers. Titration downloads of patients and set appointment with patients for routines, home sleep studies, Cpap and confirm delivery.
