We are currently recruiting for an experienced and motivated Temporary Head Chef to lead the kitchen team at a busy pub in a beautiful coastal village near Seaton, Devon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident Head Chef who can step into a fast-paced kitchen, lead from the front, and maintain high standards throughout a 10-week assignment.

The Role

Lead and manage a kitchen team of 5 chefs and 2 kitchen porters

Oversee the day-to-day running of the kitchen

Maintain exceptional food quality, menu consistency, and kitchen standards

Manage stock ordering, food safety, compliance, and kitchen administration

Inspire, support, and motivate the team to deliver an outstanding dining experience

Assignment Details

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: Approximately 10 weeks

Hours: Average of 45 hours per week
