Temp Staff (Integrated Operations)

Job Scope:
You will support municipal ground operations and the review of the appointed Integrated Operator's performance indicators. Key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring accurate ground audit findings (across channels e.g. agencies' chat groups, visual analytics trial), minimise false positives and suggest improvements for longer-term deployment.
• Participating in joint site inspections with agencies and the Integrated Operator to assess and capture condition of assets before taking over for maintenance
• Conducting site surveys and information gathering for hotspots and escalated feedback for internal assessment of situation and follow-up
• Other assigned duties by supervisor
