Brief Role Description
To plan, design, develop and introduce the provision, modification and maintenance of material handling facilities, transport, packaging, processes and systems for the optimal material flow from source to point of use to support Production, P&A and Localization and Export projects in achieving their scheduled targets. To analyze, maintain and control the various Logistics Planning Contracts by liaison with the necessary departments and external contractors in order to reduce costs and improve methods of control on an ongoing basis.
Possible Tasks within this Role Conceiving, preparing and implementing detailed logistics material flow concepts in production and warehouse environments for optimum solutions. Preparing detailed layouts, drawings and job specifications for specialized facilities or logistics services based on latest technological solutions. Conceiving, designing and procuring logistics facilities, i.e. stillages, pallets, dunnages, trolleys, ...
