Tracking and monitoring to ensure daily operations are seamless and adhere to the agreed KPIs and reporting format.

Working with the respective project manager(s) to plan and explore implement/deploy programs

Overall, in charge for the entire program management (internal / external)

Monitor and analyse/classification contact centre stats including NPS and all automation / call interactions and how to improve the accuracy and CX
