Job Scope:

• Perform daily operational duties for Manual and Remote reading related activities via the various meter reading and billing systems and following up with relevant parties to resolve daily operational issues
• Perform User acceptance testing for meter reading and billing system changes and upgrade activities
• Attend to enquiries via Case Activities, telephone and emails
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor

Job Requirements:

• Min. Diploma in any field
• No experience as training will be provided
