Job Description
Position: Tele Caller – IT Services
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)
Experience: 0–1 Year
Job Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls using the company-provided database.
- Introduce the company‘s IT services to prospective clients.
- Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Business Development team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain call records.
- Achieve daily call and lead generation targets.
Requirements:
- 0–1 year of experience in Tele calling, Inside Sales, or Customer Support (Freshers with excellent English communication can also apply).
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
- Positive attitude and professional approach.
- Strong, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented with a willingness to learn.
