Call and follow up with leads generated through Meta, website inquiries, WhatsApp, events, and other channels.
Convert inquiries into orders through effective communication and relationship-building.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing customers to drive repeat purchases.
Manage customer interactions through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain accurate records of leads, conversations, and sales activities in CRM/spreadsheets.
