Educational Requirements Grade 12 1-2 years sales experience Excellent computer literacy (MS Office Suite) Previous experience with tele‑sales in an outbound call center environment Experience selling learning programs or similar products/services Responsibilities Provide prospective students with course information and assist them through the registration process, giving appropriate guidance on course requirements and costs. Effectively sell online products and services to prospective students by meeting their needs, resulting in closed sales to meet profit goals.
