Telesales Agent

As a Telesales Agent at H.C. Ducusin Inc., you will connect with prospective customers to promote financial products and services on behalf of leading banks and financial institutions. Your goal is to understand customer needs, present solutions clearly, and help drive successful applications and conversions while maintaining professionalism and compliance standards.

• Conduct outbound calls to promote assigned financial products (e.g., credit cards and cash loans).
• Present, promote, and sell products/services tailored to client’s needs.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Handle objections effectively, and provide accurate information to client.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions and industry trends.
• Participate in regular coaching, and training sessions to enhance performance.
• Comply with data privacy, information security, and financial regulations.
