Telephonic EAP Counselor

Momentum is seeking an experienced counsellor to support our employees through EAP services. The role involves intake assessments, treatment planning, and telephonic counselling within a call centre environment.

You will need a National Senior Certificate, and ideally a registered counsellor, social worker or psychologist. English proficiency and MS Office skills are essential for real-time case management.
