The New York City Parks Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications (ITT) provides an effective delivery of IT services, infrastructure, and telecommunications to enhance services for parks citywide employees and beyond. As a technology provider ITT is responsible for maintaining the core IT infrastructure and systems that affect all areas of parks operations from public safety to human services, and educational opportunities.

Major Responsibilities

- Under general supervision, maintain, install, inspect, test, move, alter, and repair telephone communications systems, low voltage electronic systems and related equipment including Citytime hand scanners and associated cable and wiring.
- Serve as a technical resource person in the diagnosis and correction of computer, telephone and peripheral hardware problems, including scanners and printers.
