Telemarketing Team Lead (Mérida)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Telemarketing Team Lead. The primary responsibility of this role is to oversee and manage a team of Telemarketing Specialists who are responsible for outreach to mentors and maintaining relationships with them. The Team Lead will provide guidance, support, and mentorship to the team members, ensuring they meet their goals and deliver high-quality results.
