Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce our IT products and services
- Qualify leads for potential business
- Maintain and update records with accurate customer information
- Follow up with prospects via phone and email
- Provide feedback on customer needs to the team
- Help and support the team with all other ad hoc tasks assigned
Qualifications
- Graduate of Bachelors/College Degree from any reputable schools/universities preferably in Business in any related course or any IT course.
- Previous telemarketing, customer service, or inside sales experience (preferably in IT or technology sector)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
