As a Telehealth Triage Coordinator, you'll be the essential link between patients and remote specialty physicians, helping facilitate virtual consultations and ensuring a seamless telehealth experience. Working directly with patients in the hospital setting, you'll coordinate and support telemedicine visits with Infectious Disease and Pulmonology physicians, as well as other telehealth services as needed.
Using a mobile telehealth cart, you'll guide and support each visit - positioning patients, assisting with physical assessments, and ensuring the physician can clearly visualize and interact with the patient. You'll also help triage patient needs and provide health information under the direct supervision of the physician.
