Telehealth PT – Senior Care (Per Diem)

Preferred Therapy Outpatient & Wellness is seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist to join our growing telehealth team serving seniors. You will deliver high-quality virtual therapy to residents in assisted living and senior living communities, and support PTAs as a clinical resource.

This Per‑Diem remote role emphasizes independent work, strong communication, and the ability to manage a telehealth caseload while helping residents achieve independence and optimal outcomes.
