Telecom Transition & Delivery Specialist (B2B AU Telco)

Your Role

The Telecom Transition & Delivery Specialist is a dual-focused role responsible for managing end-to-end mobile fleet migrations and service transitions, while also acting as an internal fulfillment resource for provisioning and change activities. In their primary transition capacity, the specialist handles project timelines, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and leadership escalations to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Secondarily, they provide dedicated, end-to-end ownership of individual delivery tickets for Enterprise Mobile Fleets, keeping internal stakeholders regularly updated until completion.
