Job Description
Job Title: Telecalling/ Back Office Executive
Experience: 0-1 (Freshers with strong Excel can apply)
Fixed salary upto 12k-15k
Job Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls and coordinate with candidates
• Follow up with candidates and provide necessary information
?Back Office Operations
• Maintain and update candidate data in MS Excel
• Handle portal-related tasks and documentation
• Maintain internal trackers and records
• Support daily operational activities
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table preferred)
Good typing speed & attention to detail
Basic knowledge of HR documentation/onboarding process
Ability to manage large data efficiently
