Job Title: Real Estate Telecaller Key Responsibilities - Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided leads. - Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans to customers. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties. - Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team. - Follow up with potential customers to convert leads into site visits and bookings. - Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM system. - Handle customer inquiries professionally and provide prompt resolutions. - Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and site visit targets. - Coordinate with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer experience.
