Telecaller

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers using company-provided leads and approved calling systems. • Explain credit card products, features, benefits, eligibility criteria, applicable fees, and related information clearly and accurately. • Identify interested and eligible customers and generate quality credit card applications/logins. • Conduct regular follow-ups with interested customers and maintain proper communication until completion of the application process. • Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling, login, conversion, and sales targets. • Maintain accurate customer interaction records, call status, follow-up dates, remarks, and application updates in the CRM system.
