Tele-Triage Clinician: Acute Care Guidance

Hato Hone St John is seeking a Secondary Triage Clinician to support patients via telephone and digital platforms from Auckland or Christchurch Integrated Operations Centres. Two-hourly and full-time rosters are available, operating on a rotating schedule across days, afternoons, and nights.

You will conduct secondary triage and provide timely clinical advice, using evidence-based protocols to determine urgency and care level while documenting interactions in electronic health records.
