Tele Sales Representative

Job Description

• Location: Lahore (On-site)
• Job Type: Full-time
• Shift: 6:00 PM 3:00 AM (Monday to Friday)
• Campaigns: Staffing & Recruiting Services, Structural Steel Design Services, Cybersecurity Services
• Salary: Competitive base salary + commission (listed range 50,000 - 100,000 PKR)
• Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to prospects in the US and Canada
  • Generate leads and build a sales pipeline
  • Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records
  • Qualify leads, schedule calls, and support deal closures
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
  • Coordinate with the team for lead follow-ups and handovers
