Tele Sales Executive
Company: PACT Employment Services Location: Dubai, UAE
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in outbound calling, telesales, or lead generation
- Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
- Experience in merchant lending, SME finance, working capital products, or other BFSI/FinTech sales roles preferred
- Existing merchant/SME network in the UAE is an added advantage
- Preferred languages: Arabic or Malayalam , with good English communication skills
- Candidates with a sponsored visa are preferred
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective merchants and SMEs to promote lending and payment products
