JOB SUMMARY

Connection between Manufacturing and Manufacturing Engineering and support the autonomous preventive (and predictive) maintenance.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Work together with Asset Specialist to register new equipment in CMMS and conduct periodic inventory in workcells and on local surplus. Work together with ME to set up equipment and their PMs in CMMS. Work with Manufacturing to train them in TPM techniques, first of all autonomous preventive maintenance. Generate various reports from CMMS to monitor PMs. Control PM delays. Maintain the CMMS database. Collaborate with external companies to maintain TPM techniques. Comply with all procedures within the company security policy. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
