Responsibilities

• Assist the Product Quality Engineer with assigned activities to improve GMP/GDP compliance in the assigned area.
• Monitor process controls during validation events.
• Develop and generate reports of validation sampling plans.
• Execute process/product audit routines.
• Measure assembled, molded, and extruded components.
• Monitor dimensional and visual inspections in the DHR based on validation protocols.
• Follow preventive safety measures, occupational health, and environmental contingencies in the plant.
• Notify unsafe acts or conditions or environmental risks within the company.
• Perform audits of processes and/or finished products in accordance with established sampling plans and related procedures; determine acceptability and document results.
• Ensure non-conforming products and components are identified and segregated according to procedure.
