In this role, you will
- Manage the assigned client portfolio, meeting the agreed deadlines for each process and ensuring optimal quality in the results delivered.
- Ensure legal compliance, in accordance with current regulations, in all processes performed and proactively seek improvements that can ensure greater quality or efficiency in service.
- Participate in any internal projects the company may assign with the goal of implementing new tools or processes.
