Key Responsibilities

• Customer and internal Technical Support for Caterpillar® and Finning technology suite of products (i.e. MineStar, Trimble, CUBIQ)

• Reports back on product failure trends and serviceability issues

• Support continuous improvement project work as required

• Review and support in creating and managing technical documents

• Inventory and tooling management – maintain and track all Caterpillar® technology inventory and tooling located in the lab room or stored at respective branches

• Manage projects with customer to deliver upgrades, calibrations, and troubleshooting

• Identify and troubleshoot product issues and take appropriate actions to repair and resolve issues in a cost‑effective way, to minimize customer downtime
