Overview
The Technology Services Specialist provides high-quality technical support, operational execution, and continuous improvement contributions within their assigned ETG tower and specialization track. The TSS is the execution layer of the ETG — resolving incidents, implementing changes, maintaining systems, managing configurations, and driving small-to-medium improvement projects that collectively power the organization's operational performance.
The TSS operates with a Self-Starter mandate: taking ownership of their domain without requiring constant supervisory direction, proactively identifying problems before they escalate, and continuously building capability through mandatory certification and on-the-job learning. Every TSS is expected to function as both a domain practitioner and a continuous improvement contributor — not merely as a ticket resolver.
The TSS does not just fix problems. The TSS prevents the next one.
