Technology Project Controls Junior Manager

**Job Summary**

The Senior Associate Business Performance professional will support project financial management for technology and data initiatives. This role partners closely with Project Managers to develop budgets, forecast costs, analyze variances, and monitor project performance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Cost Management & Financial Controls**

+ Develop and maintain project budgets and forecasts.
+ Monitor commitments, expenditures, and project spending.
+ Review contractor and vendor invoices for accuracy.
+ Lead monthly cost reviews and variance analysis.
+ Support capital funding requests and financial approvals.
+ Process accruals, reclassifications, and financial adjustments.

**Schedule Management**

+ Develop and maintain project schedules using approved scheduling tools.
