Technology Capability Enablement Lead

The Technology Capability Enablement Program Lead shapes and scales RELX REPH's technology capability portfolio—from strategy to execution. The role builds the roadmap, designs and delivers blended learning programs and certifications, mobilizes stakeholders, and measures business impact (skills, certifications, deployment readiness, internal mobility, value realization). It combines hands‑on enablement (e.g., technology bootcamp, SME accelerator, targeted learning paths) with portfolio governance and continuous improvement, ensuring the workforce can deliver today's offerings and is ready for future services
