Job Summary

A Field Service Technician is tasked with installing, configuring, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing customer systems and equipment, encompassing both hardware and software components. This role can involve working on-site or remotely and may require coordination and collaboration with other support teams or third‑party vendors. The technician may be required to operate anywhere in Canada and must manage frequent travel, after‑hours work, and weekend duties.
