Technician, Telecom (Maintenance)

Overview

The role is Technician, Telecom (Maintenance) in the Upstream Directorate / NEB OPERATIONS / MAINTENANCE. Working under the Team Leader, Maintenance (IC / Telecom). Grade 08-11, Limited Contract. Approved contract with Critical position criticality and High urgency.

Responsibilities

Ensure Telecom equipment and systems healthiness, reliability, and integrity. Carry out health checks, routine maintenance, preventive and corrective maintenance in line with SOPs. Respond to work requests/work orders promptly per assignments from Telecom Engineer. Plan and manage all maintenance activities related to Telecom systems including troubleshooting equipment failures, conducting root cause analysis, and recommending resolutions in coordination with the Telecom Engineer and relevant stakeholders.
