Technician/ Sr Technician (Mould Maintenance)

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least SKM in engineering (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Mechatronic/ Polymer) or any related field.
• Applicants must be willing to work on rolling shift pattern and in SENAI, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on moulds.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and modify mould components.
• Measure and verify mould dimensions using precision instruments.
• Operate grinding, milling, drilling, CNC, EDM, wire-cut, and polishing machines for mould repair.
• Assemble, disassemble, and test moulds after maintenance.
• Carry out mould rectification and engineering modifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
